For SME’s up to 250 personnel

You maybe a start-up firm wanting to attract the best talent available in the shortest time possible but don’t have the time to be plagued day after day with agencies wanting your ‘feedback’ on unsolicited CV’s already sent. You may not want to review 50-100’s CV’s per week that may not even be remotely suitable to your current needs. In this situation we manage the job distribution to the most appropriate agencies, ideally with local and nationwide exposure, we manage all the incoming CV’s and vet each and every candidate personally prior to making a technically selected shortlist to be reviewed by you the client. We negotiate all placement fees, starting salaries and benefits and that way you can focus on talking experience, benefits, prospects and career path with your chosen interviewees.

For Corporates 250 and above personnel

You maybe wanting to attract the best talent for a high volume recruitment drive in the shortest time possible but don’t have the time to be plagued day after day with the same persons wanting your ‘feedback’ on CV’s already sent, touting for business or claiming to have a plethora of candidates available with the hardest to find technical skills . You may not want or even have the time to review 50-100’s CV’s per week that may not even be remotely suitable to your current needs and you certainly want to ensure that CV’s come to you only with the prior permission of the candidates themselves and with a comprehensive cover note. And you definitely don’t want to be receiving the same CV from multiple agencies on a given day and arguing to the hills and back on “who got there first!!”. We provide you with a single contact point for all agreed, approved and fully vetted candidates. We present you with a short list post CV review of candidates selected and phone screened. We ensure no CV’s are duplicated and only accept CV’s from agents who can prove they have already spoken with the applicant and gained their permission. We negotiate, under your instruction, your preferred placement margin fees with the 3rd party suppliers and take those offers through to acceptance.
